My career as a psychotherapist began with a master's degree in somatic psychology from Naropa University. I have since completed coursework on my PhD in clinical psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and am currently in the dissertation process.
I am a somatically trained psychotherapist working from a primarily psychoanalytic framework. Which is to say that I help my patients discover the meaning behind their symptoms and patterns, while strengthening their ability to find and return to a state of nervous system regulation.
I work with individuals suffering from a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to PTSD, anxiety, depression, and identity development. I particularly excel at dream interpretation with patients looking to participate in long term depth work.
